We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post. All orders are shipped with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales, product launches, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping fees or charges incurred may be deducted from your store credit or refund where permitted.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with Australia Post to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather events, customs processing, peak shipping periods, or other factors outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist with lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
